RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research customer demands and experiences and determine future product requirements
• Develop and outline a detailed product strategy including all stakeholders and
resources needed
• Translate roadmap into sprints and manage backlog
• Plan and oversee feature/product releases
• Develop pricing and positioning strategies and working with marketing and PR
team to manage launches
• Act as product evangelists and represent wagely at public events
QUALIFICATIONS
• You have 3 years+ previous experience in a product development or management
role in financial services industry
• Technical background with experience in software development is a big bonus
• Experience with agile frameworks (eg. Scrum)
• You pay attention to the details. As far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing
is worth doing right, every single time. You stay focused and nothing falls through
the cracks on your watch
• You think on your feet. You like learning new things, and you can learn quickly.
When things change, you know how to roll with the punches
• You’re organised, and always thinking one step ahead. You can organise your
day, week, month & quarter with skill and efficiency
